@irongym_boston is hosting a FREE seminar with IFBB Pro @mikecondell geared toward NPC bodybuilding and classic physique competitors (all are welcome)!

Whether competing in the upcoming @jaycutler Classic on April 17th or just getting some practice in before your 2022 season starts, take advantage of the following at no cost!

Doors will open at 10:00AM for a 10:30AM start with an open training session with tips and cues by Mike and the Iron Gym team.
